As our business continues to develop, we're keen to ensure that we have the most suitable structure in place to support our future growth. We're in the enviable position of having a pipeline of late development post POC (proof of concept) products to deliver. However, the longer we take to deliver these vaccines, the greater the potential cost in human lives.

This newly created business division is responsible for organising our portfolio of late development vaccines as quickly and successfully as possible. Benefiting from the various competencies of the key departments such as Clinical Development, Epidemiology, R&D, Industrial Operations and Regulatory Affairs, the team defines both development and commercial strategy. In doing so, we aim to maximise the commercial value of our vaccines, strengthen the ties between different GSK business units and ultimately consolidate our reputation as the world's leading vaccine manufacturer.
